Privacy notice

Leitrim Sweathouse Experience is run by Gallaghers Leitrim Sweathouse Experience Limited, Co. Leitrim, Ireland. We decide how your information is used. Contact us at leitrimsweathouseexperience@gmail.com.

What we collect

• When you join our list: your name, your email address and, if you choose, your mobile number, and what you are interested in (founding membership, club or couples).
• When you buy a pass or gift card: your name, your email address, what you bought and when. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Why we use it

• To give you what you bought: your pass, your gift card and your receipts. We need this to fulfil your purchase.
• To tell you about our opening, news and offers, but only if you ticked the box and, for our list, confirmed by email. This is based on your consent. Every one of these emails has a link to stop them, and you can stop them at any time.
• To keep our accounts, as Irish law requires.

We do not use your mobile number for marketing.

Who helps us

Our booking and email system is provided by Tigh Sauna, payments by Stripe, and email delivery by Resend. They act only on our instructions. Some of these providers may process information outside the European Union, under standard data protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

• If you join our list but do not confirm by email, we delete your details after seven days.
• If you are on our list, we keep your details until you unsubscribe.
• We keep purchase records for six years, for tax.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing leitrimsweathouseexperience@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
