This sauna uses Tigh Sauna to run its website and booking service. Essential cookies support bookings, secure payments and account sign-in. You can book without accepting optional analytics or advertising.

Visit and checkout analytics

If you allow analytics, Tigh Sauna and this sauna use PostHog’s EU service to understand page visits, booking steps, campaign sources, completed purchases and checkout problems. A random browser identifier connects your visits and checkout on this sauna’s website. Each sauna has a separate identifier. With acceptance of the identity notice, confirmed bookings can link these visits to the name, email and location you supply. Approximate city and region may also be used, never GPS. Raw browsing events exclude these details, payment details and private booking links. Analytics permission does not subscribe you to email marketing.

Optional session replay

If you also allow replay, a sample of public browsing sessions may be recorded to help us improve the website. Text and inputs are masked. Recording stops on checkout, account, gift claim and confirmation pages, and on pages with URL query parameters. Payment frames, network bodies and console logs are excluded.

Advertising choices

Advertising permission is separate from analytics and email marketing. Where this sauna connects Meta, allowing advertising lets it share public page visits, session and event views and checkout starts to measure ads and build retargeting and similar audiences. Confirmed purchases include value, currency, product IDs and quantities with Meta Platforms Ireland through the Conversions API. Browser and advertising click identifiers, browser information and a hashed email address help Meta match a purchase to an advert. Meta Pixel can also send confirmed purchases from your browser. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Names, gift messages, payment details and private booking links are excluded. You can refuse advertising and still book normally.

What is stored on your device

A consent cookie remembers your choices for up to 180 days. With analytics permission, a separate journey cookie stores the random identifier, permission date and campaign tags for up to 180 days. These cookies are limited to this website. If an earlier checkout permission cannot be updated immediately, a temporary preference record lets us retry the withdrawal when you return or reconnect. With advertising permission, a separate merchant browser identifier lasts up to 180 days. Meta matching cookies last up to 90 days. A local purchase marker prevents this browser reporting the same confirmation repeatedly. When the Pixel removes a private checkout reference from the address bar, an essential HttpOnly cookie keeps that confirmation available for one hour.

Changing your mind

Use Cookie choices below to change or withdraw permission. Browser tracking stops immediately when you turn analytics off. We also update permissions attached to earlier checkouts and remove advertising audience eligibility. Withdrawing permission does not cancel bookings or erase records needed to provide your purchases. Turning advertising off stops new Pixel events and cancels pending Meta deliveries once your preference reaches our server. It cannot retract an event Meta has already received.
